In 2011, Christina obtained international recognition in the field of personal training, coaching,
and has been a motivational speaker committed to helping people who are ready for changes.
Christina’s fight is not a short term struggle – it is a way of life. Even after keeping her shed pounds off for 14 years, she was able to do it again after a 100lb weight gain in 2022 through the tools she developed for life.

Christina has created exercises, nutrition plans and fitness packages tailored to everyday life that deliver successes after successes to many individuals locally, and nationwide. With being certified in nutrition, personal training, personal development, group training, wellness coaching, pre/post natal and child fitness (the list continues as she consistently strives for the most up to date knowledge and professionalism). Christina has helped many of her clients across the nation shed hundreds of pounds through her expertise
and sold her workout “Below The Belt” In-Home Workout DVD internationally at the age of 23!
On top of that, she has even competed internationally in 3 fitness competitions,
and placed 2nd out of 29 competitors in The WBFF Championship in Las Vegas in the Transformation Divisions.
In July 2020, now a seasoned professional, Christina opened her boutique style gym called
The Transformation Station in Barrie, Ontario, Canada
and has been recognized as one of the top 5 most successful stories in 2015 by Anthony Robbins
